New Marketing Suite for Kingsway Business Park

Kingsway Business Park’s new marketing suite and estate office has now been completed and sympathetically furnished with the assistance of Commercial Office and Furniture suppliers based in Cheltenham. The marketing suite and estate office is situated on the ground floor of Avionics House, a detached two storey office building. Property and Facilities Manager, Paul Hopkins, is based in the office, which now benefits from state of the art wireless technology, a multi-media screen to assist with presentations to prospective occupiers, a meeting table and comfortable seating.

EASTERN BUSINESS PARK

Eastern Business Park, St Mellons, formerly the Headquarters of SWALEC and Hyder, was originally constructed in the 1960’s and was refurbished in 1980. Two further phases were added in 1994 and 1996 to create a total of approximately 165,000 ft² on a site of 12 acres, with in excess of 850 parking spaces, including a three level decked car park. Kingsway Business Park takes off with successful launch

Regional commercial property developer, Robert Hitchins Limited, officially launched the development of Kingsway Business Park at two special events on 1st July 2008. The events took place on the site and were well attended by invited guests representing regional and national organisations and prominent members of the local business community. The launch events provided guests with a detailed insight into Robert Hitchins’ proposals for the development at Kingsway Business Park, which consists of a 40 acre site occupying part of the former RAF Quedgeley site. Jane Tooley, of Robert Hitchins Limited,hosted the breakfast and lunch events and made a presentation to around 90 guests at each event, setting out the merits of the site, in particular, its ‘green credentials’.

Stonehouse Park Bucks Economic Gloom

Property consultants Alder King have announced that success continues at Stonehouse Park, despite the challenging conditions facing the economy. Stonehouse Park is a 12 acre business park development by Robert Hitchins Limited. It is located just off the A419, close to junction 13 of the M5, providing excellent links to the M5 and other motorway networks. Phase 1 of the development sold/let earlier this year, with 18,250 sq ft of high quality office space quickly attracting a range of occupiers. This led to developers Robert Hitchins Limited bringing forward Phases 2 and 3 of the development, which have now been completed and are ready for occupation.

New Industrial units for Bridgend

Ray Pearce, Head of Economic Development, Bridgend County Borough Council said “We are delighted to see this vote of confidence in the economic future of the Borough. This is an excellent strategic site in the centre of a major estate. It has the potential to attract the highest quality businesses to the area and further strengthen the local economy.” Robert Hitchins celebrated the completion of construction of more than 50,000 ft2 of industrial and warehouse space at Central Park,Bridgend Industrial Estate with an official launch on site for local occupiers and property agents.

The new dawn is rising at Kingsway Business Park

The new access roads have been built, the infrastructure is in place, and the marketing suite set up. In fact, the preparations are complete for the launch of the city’s most exciting new business location on Tuesday July 1st at Kingsway Business Park, Gloucester. Regional property developer, Robert Hitchins Limited, are part of the QUVL Consortium transforming the whole mixed use 330 acre site at Kingsway, where a village community is growing fast. The mixed use development is diverse: 3,300 new homes, schools, playing fields, a retail centre and a range of leisure facilities.

Demolition begins a new Development

Demolition of the remaining units at the former RAF Quedgeley site, off Naas Lane, has begun. The demolition is to be phased over a number of years so that existing businesses will continue to operate during this period. This latest phase will open up the site for development into a high quality business park over approximately 40 acres.
